Coach - Allan Minns

Hi, I’m Allan Minns and I’m the current U13 Blacks coach. I work full-time as a PE Teacher and also assist Swindon Town Community with their disability multi-sports. My passion is ensuring children are involved in sports and benefit from being in a team.

I hold the FA level 2 qualification and I am a member of the FA Licenced Coaches’ Club and therefore have regular safeguarding and emergency first aid updates. I am fully CRC checked.

My aim as a coach is to develop the teams’ morale and skills. I hope to be able to build their confidence and communication skills whilst enjoying their football. We have had a lot of new players and it is a joy to see them building friendships and I actively encourage all of the team to do so through different training strategies.
